Donna's Story
Life
I am thankful that I have a good life. Simple Donna at Riat dot org. I have a daughter, Laura, from my first marriage to a man all my friends told me to avoid. Other than the fact that an alarm clock wakes up in the mornings, I am very satisfied and find my job very rewarding. I don'Ât like housework, but power tools ROCK! Time is the most valuable thing, and time spent laughing with friends and family are what truly make me happy.
School
My education started at St. Thomas the Apostle, and in 4th grade transferred to St. Christopher'Âs. I went to Incarnate Word Academy for my first semester of High School and transferred to Florissant Junior high to complete my 9th grade year. I and began Mc Cluer No...Expand for more
rth as a sophomore. My sophomore year was the first year 9th graders attended the high school. By my junior year I had enough credits to graduate a year early, and planned to do so. I visited a college and came back with a severe case of Mono, which put me at half days for the remaining of the 1984 school year. I graduated in 1985 and attended Florissant Valley Community college for two years where I remained active in the theater productions. I graduated from Stephens College in Columbia Mo with a BA in Theater Arts. When my daughter began school, I started the Masters in Social Work program at St. Louis University, graduating in 1997. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Missouri.
