Hi!
I'm still hanging in there on the farm outside Iowa City as Mom, wife, and sometimes dietitian. We've got 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 3 miniature donkeys.
My parents and brother Rick are living in Manhattan, Kansas and my sister Betsy is living in New Jersey.
I'm in the midst of starting a private practice as a dietitia...Expand for more
n. When I say that, almost everyone will say, "Oh, I could use a consultation with a dietitian." But insurance doesn't pay for it, so I'm interested to see how successful it will be. I won't know unless I try!
