Doris's Story
Well it has been may years since HHS but I will try my best to elaborate on my crazy life since then. One month after graduation my mother died. It was a tragedy for all involved.She was so strong since my dad had died when I was twelve and a wonderful woman.
I still miss her dearly to this day.
I was in and out of school for a while, but grief made it difficult to focus.
Got married briefly, and had a wonderful son Frankie. He is now 22 and the best young man any mom could have ever hoped for. Over the years I worked in banking during the day and sang at nigh...Expand for more

I slowly moved up the shoreline and landed in Old Saybrook, CT about 20 years ago and I will never leave.
I remarried, and surprise to me got pregnant on my wedding night. My beautiful daughter Alexis is now almost nine and the joy of my life.
Over the past 15 years i have had 4 back surgeries and now am unable to work. It is a pain, but also a blessing since I have so much more time with my daughter and less stress. (except for bills!)
I love the beach, sewing, gardening and spending time with my daughter when I can.
