Doris is from Windsor, Conneticut. Cruz. She was publicly elected to the Amherst School Board and became its President. Doris worked many years as a Special Education Teacher, and as the Coordinator of Special Education Services in Davenport, FL. She recently retired, and enjoys traveling, reading, family, and politics.
