Dorothy's Story
From Cleveland Heights High I went to Ohio Wesleyan, Lake Erie Colleg and Case Western University where I earned a MA in Speech/ Language Pathology. I married and have two children, John and Mary, and two grandchildren, Brad and Jessie. I first worked at Highland View Hospital when it was in Warrensville Heights. I was there for several years and moved with my family to Fort Wayne, Indiana, where my husband took a position with Lincoln Life Insurance. ng Term Care Facility, north of the city. I was there for 18-20 years, leaving there after starting as a Speech/Language Therapist, moving to Director of Rehabilitation, then adding Director of Special Programs and Director of Admissiona and Marketing. I moved to Indianapolis where my daughter and her family live. My son is a well known musician in Montana and surrounding states. I am now working PRN (as needed) as a Speech/Language Pathologist in the Indianapolis area. I'm fortunate to say I am well and happy.
