Cedar Ridge High School; class of 1978 That's it...All I can remember is parties; parties and more parties, sneaking into the "Bedroom Night Club" with Amy Timmons; my balanced friends Liza Quinn; calmed me down by the way Liza where are you??? I am so saddened by the death of Amy Timmons she was my very close friend (OBM) Beth Gill where are you??? I heard her brother Mike passed away also. God' so many people are dead; it makes me really understand - simply LIFE IS PRECIOUS... Playing tennis with Wayne Ziggler; where are you??? Drinking with my friends in Laurence Harbor; I was hanging in the laundry mat (6th grade) and men would buy me beer; and thunderbird; and some pink stuff; can't even remember the name?! We always partied....Vivian Vanhise where are you??? So many others; I lived in Laurence Harbor for Memorial; Carl Sandburg, and Cedar Ridge HS. Those who knew me; said I was a cinderella story... my life was more like the horror movie MISERY. I RAN out of Jersey as soon as I could legally to escape the insanity of my criminally abusive childhood; now I - yes only now - 30 years later.. I feel safe enough to look for some of my old friends; some who knew; Harold Denney; although *he has passed away* protected me; also where is Bruce Murrell??? He drove a motor cycle... I guess all the self destruction, tons of drinking; partying at city lights; Shalamar night club; Fountain Casino and jumping off the bridge in Laurence Harbor did not kill me; nor hitching to NYC to go clubs in the 80's!!!! Crazy; I could be a lifetime movie!!!! It's so true what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger! well; I am SO strong!
