Tiger (Dorothy)'s Story
I married Richard Johnson, my high school sweetheart, we had a son, Isaac, amicably divorced after ten yrs and then married an architect - another amicable divorce after 10 yrs...but, I've finally found the right guy - a talented blues musician/web developer here in Portland, OR - who will be performing once again, at the Waterfront Blues Festival this year. My son and his family are here I'm loving life here in downtown Portland. I show paintings at various venues and have a wonderful network of interesting and creative friends. I recently traveled to Paris and Barcelona and want to go back to Europe - Paris felt like home for me... My best friend from high school, Russ Huddleston, died a few ye...Expand for more
ars ago, and I'm still in touch with my other best friend, Janice Kirsch, and Tempie Devers (now Roberts). I'd love to hear from Russ's brother, Rick Huddleston if anyone knows of his whereabouts.
I retired in 2017 and am still selling paintings and writing a memoir for my grandkids. I painted a lot of musicians in Portland and did a lot of portraiture, as well as abstracts and over a dozen of my paintings are in a music venue a musician built on his property. Sam and I are about 10 minutes from the Willamette River and just south of Portland now, in a beautiful, bucolic area with lots of horse ranches and vineyards and rolling hills and forests. Life started out rough, then grew to be wonderful.
