Dorothyruth's Story
Life
I have had a very exciting career - one I could not have imagined. I retired not long ago and am working parttime while I explore "what I want to be when I grow up." I am also a parttime musician and certified to conduct Church services in absence of clergy.
My husband is a fulltime musician and is from Virginia. We now live in beautiful Northern Kentucky. We have 3 children, 5 grandchildren. I've had it all, but am still the cl...Expand for more

College
I have attended 3 different colleges. My first degree was a BA from SUC Oneonta NY. I was really a Music major but changed to Liberal Arts in my Senior year. (Thought it would be easier to get a job!)
Developing an interest in Accounting, I earned an AS from Nassau Community, and used this in my career.
I also attended Adelphi University in Garden City NY, working towards an MBA in management.
