Dorrie's Story

Life Since Cox, I finished my degree at ODU, started into the travel business at AAA in Norfolk, moving to the VaBeach office. Those were the "glory" days in travel, offering many opportunities each year to travel far and wide for very small sums of money. I married in 1978 and my husband Richard Green, accepted a job in Atlanta at the Centers For Disease Control and we've been here ever since. traffic but you learn to live with it. I am still in the industry and own a travel management company employing 35 people..... more heartburn. We still travel as often as possible but it's such a goat rope to go anywhere these days, it does take the fun out of it! We look forward at some time in the future to "retiring" to the Santa Fe area where we own some property. It's been a long time, but would love to reconnect with anyone coming my way!
