Dorris's Story
Life
My Pet -----I have a very cute and loveable dog named Spunky, he is a mixture of poodle and papillion. He loves everyone-is very friendly.
My Kids
I had 2 kids, my daughter died 10 years ago. My son lives in Orange County,has no kids, is divorced. My daughter had twin girls In 1993 who were born with severe birth defects and are severly delayed. They have been adopted by a family who loves and cares for them and lives in the Inland Empire ( which influenced my decision to move here).
College

I graduated from Mt SAC in 1971 then several years later decided to finish my education and graduated from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena in 1988.
My husband died in 1998 from kidney cancer. We had moved to a small mountain community in Kern County in 1992. It was a wonderful place to live but after several years of being alone I decided to move back to the Inland Empire and now live at
Inland Christian Home. I have had several medical issues and a couple surgeries since getting back to "civilization". Other than arthritis I am doing pretty well.
