Doug's Story

I will make it short and sweet... after cubberley, I moved to Santa Cruz, and was a major surf bum untill 1967 and then I joined the Navy and spent 4 years as an Aviation Electrician onboard 2 different aircraft carriers. After the navy I moved back to Santa Cruz and spent the next 32years living and working there. I was a mechanic at the boardwalk for 8 years and...Expand for more
then I went to work for the county of Santa Cruz as a maintenance worker and locksmith for 22 years, still surfing and loving life.. I retired in 2002.,and moved to Minden nevada where i work in a race and sports book. I have been married to my beautiful wife Kathy for 34 years and we have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.. mahalo to all out there and goodnight...
