Doug's Story
Doug Tetzlaff, currently reside with my family in Wilkesboro,NC
Graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 1983 with BS in Civil Engineering.
Have been employed with the NC Department of Transportation for approx. 33-years, the last 25-years as District Engineer for Ashe & Wilkes Counties.Hope to retire sometime during the next few years (update - retiring as of 9/30/16)
As of April, 2017 have been employed as a Field Engineer with RK & K Engineering, on a consultant basis with the Boone NCDOT field office and North Wilkesboro Division office. Final retirement planned for ...Expand for more

Married for almost thirty-five years now to my high school girlfriend " Kim" (maiden name,Snyder, West Forsyth class of 1978).She also graduated from UNC-Charlotte, later she obtained her MBA at WSSU. She has been a member of the faculty at Wilkes Community College for approx. 15-years.(retired in 2019)
We have one daughter Mandy who is also a graduate of UNC-Charlotte and obtained her MBA from Appalachian.
She is now employed with the NC Department of Commerce in Raleigh..
