Doug's Story
After graduation I went to Fork Union Military academy for a year, then Hampden Sydney college for a couple of years. Transferred to Lousiana for my first year of architecture school then I transferred to Univ. of Colorado to complete Arch. A couple years later I moved from Boulder up into the mountains of Colorado and started adventuring all over the state, Utah, Canadian Rockies and Alaska. I became a home builder and designer of custom Mountain homes. 10 years ago I fell in love and had a beautiful little boy a couple years later. He and I have since (two years ago) moved back...Expand for more
down to the flat lands near Boulder.
Life has been full of rock climbing, white water rafting, back-packing and hiking, alot of skiing and exploring the rocky mountains and the desert Southwest. I love it out here and after being here since 1987, I can't say I want to move.
I hope you all are great and life is rich for you and your families. Please say hi if you read this. I'm back in Va. 1-2 times a year to see family and would love to say hi and catch up with you all. I also want to apologize for dropping communication with just about everyone when I moved out of state.
Cheers
Doug
