Douglas's Story
I was one of the people who hung out behind the barricade before school and got high.They tore down the barricade I think my junior year in hopes it would stop us.Does anybody remember that?Since high school I moved to bryan and got married and we had three kids.we were married for 17 years before the divorce.In the last ten years I have spent my life trying to catch up everything I lost in the divorce and spending time with my kids.My youngest son is 14 now and starting to go his own way some and doesnt hang out with dad so much.Dad is going to start looking around for someone to share the rest of my life with.Whoever I find will be in luck because I think I am such a better person now.Not that I was bad but I have learned ...Expand for more
so much and would love to share my life with someone with just everyday things like shopping watching tv talking about work and what the kids are up to.I have started cooking some and watching what I eat.I have lost 70 lbs in the last year and am trying for the last 20 but so far the last 20 isnt cooperating.I am determined to do it though and I know I will.I will be 50 years old this year but I sure dont feel like it.Im ready to start this next phase in my life and im going to try my best to make it realy good.My kids are my life I love to read,shop,go to the movies and im going to start jogging "walk" 3 miles a day at the park.Well thats about it for now,I would love to hear from you and will update changes in my life.Doug
