Graduated Monroe High School 1952 (Monroe, Iowa)
Graduated Iowa State College 1956 (BSEE)
Worked for Collins Radio in Cedar Rapids Iowa from July 1956 to August 1957.
Joined Tektronix Inc as a "field engineer" which was then their sales force. Stationed in Washington DC area, Chicago, San Francisco, and Denver then back to HQ in Oregon. Managed their government Marketing...Expand for more
organization for about 12 years the went into International Operations where I was China Operations manager, and then Manager of the Americas Pacific Operations. (everywhere except US, Europe, and Japan). That was my favorite job ever. Completed my Career based In Mexico City which we made the HQ for Latin america as the GM of our Latin American Operations.
Retired in mid 1998.
