Duane's Story
Life
In May of 1999 I turned 50 and started competing in Senior Track.I competed at Nationals in 2001 and finished 10th.I play softball 3 times a week and 2 tournaments a month.
UPDATE: Was on a scuba diving trip to Cozumel in Oct. 2005 and was stranded there on the island by Hurricane Wilma(category 5). Myself and 4 others were real lucky as no injuries were sustained but it was one hell of an experience.

softball-but not near as much. Knee surgery in July,2006 has forced me to only play in tournaments once a month. My Senior Men's Softball team won 5 of 6 games in December to capture the State Championship. Had to forego competing in the State Track Championship to play in the State Softball Championship.Heard from Nick Mendoza(we stay in touch via email) and he is trying to organize a Class Reunion for August. I hope to attend.
