Life
Hi my name is Penny Fulton-Toomer I am a graduate of 1976 Westbury Sr. High School. I was never very popular so know one really knew me. I was always shy and to myself. In the year book my picture is under the name E. Fulton but anyhow that is me Penny. Now about my life after high school we moved to a small town named Ridgeland, SC 30 miles from HHI. annah State College for a year. I dropped out moved to Miami got married had two children. Moved back to the small town got a divorce got married again have an additional two children. Grandmother of three. Oh yeah I work for the Jasper County board of Ed working with the special needs children for twenty-two years. I always make time to travel I've only done 46 states.
