Life Facebook . ..Earl.Allen.313 I am no longer the Facilities Manager for Dialight Corporation. I resigned and moved to Lexington, NC the BBQ capitol of the South. I took advantage of the real-estate bubble at the Jersey Shore and sold my home by the Beach. Utilizing those funds we formed an LLC and are buying repossessed properties and placing tenants in them. oration and sold my home in Belmar. We moved to Lexington, NC and formed an LLC buying repossessed properties. We rehab the properties and place tenants in them. This was not an easy thing to do as change is always scary. But we are doing well and have made our first purchase and have several more later this month. There was much to learn and it was the usual falling asleep at the computer at 2 or 3 Am every day for a few months but we did it! More to come on this later.
