Ervin (Earl)'s Story
Since 2010, Earl has been the CEO and Managing Partner of Richer Life, LLC --- a digital media, trade book publishing and professional services company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
He spent the previous 34 years of his career in Fortune 100, Mid-Market and Venture companies as a Systems Engineer, Program/Project Manager, Management Executive and Technology Executive. Earl has held senior management positions with Motorola, The Reynolds & Reynolds Company and Wells Fargo Bank. Earl is the former President, COO and CEO of the high-tech start-up, MedContrax.

Earl is currently one of two citizen members of the City of Phoenix, Arizona Business Investment Advisory Board. The Board works with the Phoenix City Manager and his senior staff to improve the outcomes and efficiencies of all major technology projects within the organization which has a budget in excess of 3 Billion dollars.
As a seminar/workshop leader and motivational speaker, Earl passionately contributes his knowledge and expertise to major management meetings, events and conferences.
Earl is the author co-author of seven published books. His newest book, "The Official Leadership Checklist and Diary for Project Management Professional," will be released in May 2017.
Along with his wife of 35 years, Dr. Charlotte D. Grant-Cobb, Earl is the co-host and co-producer of LIVING A RICHER LIFE ~ Life Changing Talk Radio
