Earl's Story
Hola, from Midland, Texas! A not so sleepy town in a community of about 250,000 in West Texas. Midland is half way between El Paso and Dallas, and is the center of the oil and gas rich Permian Basin.
After high school, while attending Western Kentucky University, I met the love of my life, Kathy. We were married in 1967 and have lived happily ever since.
I graduated from WKU in 1969 and shortly thereafter went into the Army. After the military, we returned to Louisville where I was employed by O.G. Wilson. I was general manager for stores in Louisville, Springfield, Missouri, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and finally Midland, Texas.

al and residential landscape design, landscape and irrigation installation, hardscapes, ponds, water features, and outdoor lighting. My wife, Kathy, and I have run the business together for the past 30 years.
Kathy and I have one daughter, Laura. She is a graduate of Baylor University, and is a CPA and Partner with Weaver and Tidwell, a Texas wide public accounting firm. She and her husband, Nick, also live in Midland. We have one beautiful granddaughter, Tarah, who is 13 and of course, spoiled.
We are active in our church, teaching Sunday School and Youth Summer Camp. Our real love lies in mission work in Haiti, building houses and relationships.
Kathy and I are looking forward to the upcoming reunion and catching up with all of my high school classmates.
