Earl's Story
Twenty Eight years have flown by. Seems after graduation I lost contact with all my friends. I entered U.T.Arlington in the fall of 1981. After chasing girls and partying very very hard, was kicked out in 1983 due to grades. From there I continued to chase girls and party, so I went to work for various employers across the metroplex, yet always vowing too get on back to school. I'd go do the junior college thing and pick up a few credits here and there. Still wanted to party and kick it until I and MS. Cynthia Hammons had my first child who is in here third year of college. nths later came my first son. We had two more sons but it turns out we had different goals in life. She went her way, I and the children went mine. Was hard being a single dad but I'm doing it! By 1999 I'd earned an associates degree in MHMR, and entered U.T. Southwestern Med Center-Dallas to earn a BS in Rehabilitation Services in 2003. I currently work everyday for TDCJ-PAROLE, and plan on returning to school to get an MS/MSW and go into private practice. I've still got a lot to do, and if its gods will then it'll happen. Ohhh yeah ..... kinda sworn off the skirt chasing thing, just ain't productive.
