Echo's Story
Career wise, I am a late bloomer! I received my BA in Family Life Education in 2001 and began to work for a non-profit agency as a Foster Care Case Manager. I received my MSW from GVSU in 2004 and passed my State Boards and am licensed in clinical practice. I have also completed the prerequisites to become a Registered Play Therapist. y Therapy to young children (ages 2-12). It is very emotionally taxing but I love it.
I live in the most beautiful place on earth! (My opinion!) :) I live in Empire, MI which is on the boundary of the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. I commute the 25 miles to work in Traverse City. I've lived here for 32 years.
I have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren and I adore being a "Grammy".
