The quick version: I lived in Bolingbrook from 1962 til June of 1974. My family lived at 570 Redwood Rd. in Colonial Village. My parents names: Edward L. and Joanne Girard. Sisters: Bev and Bonnie. I attended North View elementary school for grades 1 & 2, then Brookview elementary grades 3 through 6 (spending 5th at Valley View). I attended West View Jr High for one year before my family relocated to Channahon, IL at which point I attended Troy Jr High in Shorewood, Il. After graduating from Minooka community HS in 1979 I attended Joliet Junior College earning an Associates Degree in Art.
