Life
Hi; for those who may not know me my name is Ed.I went to Eric Hamber for a short period of time but did not graduate there. I am looking for old friends and even new ones who may have considered me someone not to hang out with. Back in school I guess I was known as a tough guy and a rebel . Wow life sure takes us on a a ride where we least expect it . Today I would like to consider myself a different person from the one I was in my youth . I am a father of 2 daughters and I have been raising them now for the last 11 years on my own . I realized in my 20's that life is too short to stay in a life style that would one day ruin me so I turned to the lord for help . I cannot say that life has been perfect but I can say I am free in Christ Jesus . I hope to hear from a few of you who knew me so that maybe we can see where life has taken us . look for me on face book or send me something to williestheone at hot male dot com. UPDATE Nov.6/12: Well its been awhile since I have been here and life has changed a bit . My kids are adults now and its just me and the dog now ! I keep busy with hobbies and I love to read mostly non-fiction and current events around the world . I travel alot for my work and I would like to retire soon to a hot climate near the equator . I would love to teach english possibly and the bible to those who are hungry for the word of God and His amazing grace!
Years ago when I was 23 ; after a bar fight I felt in my heart the blackness and ugliness of my life . Drugs ; alcohol , women and fighting were my life style . I went for a walk that night and I prayed for God to help me turn my life around .
He answered my prayer in the most amazing way and Christ entered into my life and heart soon after . Today as a
born again Christian ; I have a sound foundation in whom I believe and I am persuaded that HE is able to keep that
which I have entrusted unto Him until the day of Jesus Christ . I grew up an angry kid but the Love of God has transformed me and now I am free to Love those who come my way . I don't always get pleasant people coming my way ( who does) but I try to be someone who can possibly make a difference . If not ; I know a God who can far moreso th...Expand for more

I have studied now many years the bible and its forth coming events and I am happy in my heart to say that the prevailing darkness will soon give way to the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ . There will be much devastation unfortunately as we see Matthew 24; Luke 21 and Mark 13 coming to pass now . If you do not know God and you have not been reconciled to Him by the cross of Christ ; may I please suggest that you reach out in a small prayer to HIM ? You will feel the warmth of His love and the forgiveness of your sin . Romans 10:13 promises us that who so ever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved . There is an eternity to gain with Him . I pray that God by His Holy Spirit will lead you to this salvation that comes through Christ alone and quickens your soul to life in Christ Jesus that you may be blameless and without spot when you stand before our awesome God ! amen ! Update Sept. /13 Checking in to say hello and hope all is well with you . I am 53 years old and still loving life . The gym has been my passion lately and of course more so my faith . Looking forward to spending the rest my life with a beautiful lady whom I met last year . Marriage is not so scary this time as she a priceless jewel found only when you least expect it . Update : May 22 , 2016 . Hello I am remarried again to a wonderful lady and we have a great time together .
My children are now married and so its time to do a little more travelling . I have been a tradesman most of my life and I still like working and teaching young apprentices . Its been 3 years since I have visited this site and I have read some messages that are sooo late for a reply Sorry ....!! I am now in the midst of building a curriculum for transition into the safety and trades Instruction and training in a classroom environment . We are all getting older and this is true for me as well and I can sure feel it as the muscles don't work like they uses to . I am grateful for the experience as it provides an opportunity to learn as well . I wish you all the best ....God bless ...ed
