Ed's Story
Life
A San Diego native, Ed Estes received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.
A Real Estate Broker and Attorney since 1984, Ed holds the designations of Graduate, REALTORS Institute (GRI), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Buyer Representative, Manager (ABRM) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). the California Association of REALTORS, has taught for National University School of Law, University of Phoenix and Palomar College.
Ed is a former president of the Vista Chamber of Commerce, Vista Economic Development Association and Vista Boys & Girls Club; Ed has also served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court, an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a former Mayor of the City of Vista.
Ed is married and lives in Shadowridge, a community in south Vista. He and his wife Nancy enjoy traveling and fine dining.
