Ed's Story

Life Well, let's see. I worked at Peppi's and did a little stand-up comedy for a few years after DBHS and eventually went to East Carolina in 1983. I started ECU as an Theater/Acting major but graduated in 1989 with a B.A. in English and a writing concentration. I met my wife at ECU. After leaving college I took worked for K-mart, Goody's and Havertys. We have a girl and a boy. I never realized how much fun children would be. ...Expand for more
Speaking of kids -- I wanted to make an apology to any Class of '79 folks who drop by: I was working on a news letter for our class a few years ago and ran into some curve balls, including my daughter's having an operation and chemo for a childhood cancer (she's doing very well now). I never got back around to the news letter, but may make another pass at it if folks are willing and interested. I would love to hear from any of you.
