Ed's Story
Hey Tommy.....Thanks for the note. So, you think it a good idea for me to be a little more informative. Well here goes.....As I recall, In HS I would probably be most remembered for some pretty cool parties at my house on Temple Blvd. I pretty much crossed lines between "clicks" and was enrolled in the "brainiac" classes with straight A's most all the time. I was definitely NOT part of the sports minded crowd. Totally uncoordinated that way. Funny, I do remember being one of the last two or three to be chosen for any gym team sport. I believe I was also vice president of the student union our last year. A couple gals I remember dating were CIndy Faunce and Anette Brown.
After HS I attended Trenton State College for a year and dropped out. I suppose I got a little carried away with the new found freedom and partied a little too much. After a year of working in a warehouse I decided blue collar was not me and went back to school. Went to Lexington KY and attended the Univ. of KY where I received my undergradu...Expand for more
ate degree in Psych., graduating Phi Beta Kappa. I continued on at U of K and achieved an MS in Counseling Psychology. Along the way I met a wonderful gal from Louisville KY and after living together for 4 years married her. Unfortunately, two years later we divorced not having had any children After a pretty nasty divorce we rebuilt our friendship over the years and remain close today. In '79 I moved to Atlanta GA to find fame and fortune as a therapist. Wrong answer! Market saturated. Started bartending to pay bills and have stayed in that industry ever since. Moved back to Jersey in '89 and am still here. I currently co-own a bartending trade school in Cherry Hill. Never remarried. Tried a couple "alternative" relationships which did not pan out either. I currently own a home in Cinnaminson.
The only grad from '69 I have communicated with is Joanne (Staub). I have quite a few pets and use the Vet where she works. She looks great. She and I were buddies all the way back to 1st or 2nd grade.
