Eddie's Story
An update is needed. I'm now a cancer survivor(?) but I couldn't do enough to save the life of my precious Sugar. I've had countless dogs yet never did I have such an intimate relationship as I had with Sugar.
I'm well versed in the grieving process but this one has been a bear.......
My life is so very peaceful now after learning the difference between my wants and needs.
Today I live in a seniors private RV resort some 49 miles above San Diego. Funny I grew up hating Southern California blue and now I am surrounded by it.
I'm hooked on river cruises and try to leave the country at least once a year af...Expand for more
ter getting my fill of where our country is headed.When home I try to work with others in various 12 Step groups then it's mostly internet,e-mailing, making new friends and my four personal video recorders. I seldom view anything live and it is so neat to watch something filmed in North America and Europe and be able to grin and know I have been right there! And you can triple that in spades with HDTV.
I have been single for many years and am now in the process of correcting that. I've won several awards of "couch potato of the decade" and now have taken to walking my Sugar four times a day. What a concept!
