Edelle's Story

Mike and I are the founders/owners of Happy Labs Rescue Inc. We house and care for 35 dogs at all times. Happy Labs Rescue Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non profit family owned organization in Bartholomew County who rescues Labrador Retrievers and lab mixes of all ages. r. The rescued Lab goes to a veterinarian for a spay/neuter, vaccinations and any other necessary medical treatment. Many of these Labs have been neglected, not only in a nutritional/medical sense but also in a psychological/emotional sense. This socialization process promotes the dog's confidence, willingness to learn and trust. For many Labs, this is the first love and kindness they have ever known.
