Edie's Story
There just aren't enough hours in the day to accomplish everything I set my mind to doing.
While my job as the Senior Content Editor at The Times in Gainesville, Ga., keeps me busy enough, I also am a volunteer DJ for the local radio station (you can see my page by searching afternoonrescue on myspace).
And, I'm team captain for The Times' Relay for Life team with a goal of raising $3,000 to battle cancer.

mornings with aerobics at the local fitness center at 9 or 10 a.m. and end it usually by catching up on some movies or television with my husband, Scott, at midnight or so.
My husband also works at The Times; he's a photojournalist.
We met while both of us worked at a previous newspaper.
We don't always agree, what married couple does, but I've never met anyone else who gets me and with whom I can so completely be myself.
