Edith's Story
Hello fellow Hornets!
Time has passed quickly, it does not feel like 34 years have passed since graduating from John Hay, Whewww. I got married in 1975 and divorced in 1995. We have 3 kids, Aleesha(34), Derek (31), Chase (18) and Granddaughter Jaicee(5). They are all good kids and I am proud of their accomplishments. Over the years I have been a waitress, a banker, a computer operator, a business manager, an administrator and a bookkeeper. I started a business in 1989 as a Wedding Coordinator. dditional responsibility of taking care of my sister, Renee Mc Neezer Green, (class of 76), who has advanced MS and the difficult attitudes of the brides I just stopped doing the coordinating. I am currently looking for a new business that I can continue to do in retirement.
Life for me has been okay. I have had ups and downs like everybody else, but I try to make the best of any situation. I try to celebrate life whenever possible, because of all of the sickness and deaths that has plagued my family. I still look forward to the excitement of the future.
