Edith's Story
Hello:
I can't believe 50+ years has gone by. I've kept busy going to school (call me a professional student), teaching school & working in the summer camps in the Tillamook area. In recent years I've taken care of elderly persons privately, for an agency connected with the Tillamook hospital & now in a adult foster care home three 24-hour shifts a week. I really enjoy this work at this stage of my life.
I love reading historical fiction as well as fiction by favorite authors, searching out my family history, gardening & having my pet cats. I exe...Expand for more
rcise in the "Y" pool & walk to keep strong & healthy.. I viisit a sister in Hillsboro regularly to shop, eat out & visit everyone in her family and a sister in Boise periodically. I enjoy writing & collecting family news & write family newsletters to cousins, their children & grandchildren & collateral relatives several times a year.
I've lived in Tillamook County, Oregon for nearly 43 years & have never wanted to leave the coast.& probably won't do so willingly.
Getting older day by day but not wanting to slow down so I keep going
