Edmund's Story
Following graduation from Wantagh High School, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree and two Masters Degrees. I married my wife, Priscilla, in 1968. We have two sons. I worked at Mobil Corporation and then Exxon Mobil Corporatkion for over three decades, including three years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When I retired from Exxon Mobil, I joined a privately owned firm that performs financial consulting work for various Federal Government Agencies. Subsequently, I "really"retired and relocated to Dallas, TX to be closer to our two sons. We now also have four lovely granddaughters. We are enjoying our home, our retirement, spending time with our family, and traveling the world. My wife, Priscilla, and I returned from a four week trip to Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore and Malaysia). Many pictures from the trip have been included in the Classmates photo album. Life is good!
My wife's youngest sister got remarried in California. Our three granddaughters were in the wedding party (junior bridesmaid and two flower girls). We also visited Santa Monica beach, The Reagan Lib...Expand for more
rary, The Getty Museum and The Getty Villa. Cafe 14 was excellent. It was a good trip.
We just returned from a trip to NYC to accompany our eldest granddaughter who participated in summer classes at the Joffrey Ballet Company. She was invited to participate in several summer classes, including Musical Theater and Hip Hop. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we got to reacquaint ourselves with NYC (following an absence of about 20 years). We really enjoyed the River Cafe, the Gramercy Tavern, the Gotham Bar and Grill, and Tavern on the Green. Eataly, i Trulli and Katz's Deli were also enjoyable places to eat. We saw The Lion King with our granddaughter, and it was a big hit. We also took a carriage ride through Central Park, saw The American Museum of Natural History, went to the top of The Empire State Building, traversed Times. Square, saw Rockefeller Center and most of the other "touristy" places. Everyone enjoyed the memorable visit.
We just returned from a trip to La Paz, in Baja California Sur (BCS), Mexico. We enjoyed the weather, the beaches, the golf, and the food (including the margaritas).
