and friends, music is my zen. I love and I am into just about every type of music out there. The 80's is my era! Everytime I hear a song that came out in the 80's, it takes me back. I have a long list in my heart, next to God and my girls, in which I get hypnotized every time I hear those songs. It's like if you are talking to me and an 80's song is on, I will get whoever is talking with me to join in to listen to that 80's song or I tune out of the conversation until the entire song is over.
I say my wife and I were destined to be together. My wife's grandparents from her dad's side of the family are named Ed and Lavenia. Wow!?! That's so true.
I never thought I would be in customer service management. As a job, that is what I have been best at to support my familia. I have been at GC more than 10 years. Who would have known? Who holds a job for more than 5 years nowadays? When you ask to speak with a supervisor or manager about something that is not to your satisfaction, think of me because that is what I do at GC in a nutshell. I always deal with very irate customers at work. It is rare that you will ever see me very mad because I hear those customers and say to myself why is life like this? I have learned a lot from those customers. Thank God I have that job! Most at work know me as #1 or Top Gun at GC because I have been and will always be.".
