volved in numerous open mic venues as well as winning 2nd place in a contest held at the Shrine of the Black Madonna. I am working on a second cd with socially and culturally relevant themes. Reading and writing are among my strongest passions. The name I use as an author artist etc. is Thabiti Mpenda. My favorite scripture is Psalm 82:6 " I have said 'Ye are gods' and all of you are children of the most High. "Peace be with you ". Feel free to contact me.
P.S. If anyone knows of a 1972 grad named Vickie Hubert/Conner let her know that Ed Brown has pictures she may want copies of.
