Design engineer of nuclear submarines and surface vessels, and later Supervisory Mechanical Engineer with the U.S. Navy at Mare Island Naval Shipyard. Director of Health Education Programs at Wildwood Lifestyle Center and Hospital in Georgia 1982-83, Director of Center for Health Education at Tokyo Adventist Hospital from 1983 to 2000, Preventionist at Guam SDA Clinic Wellness Center, and Director of ‘Healthy Lifestyles Experience’ Project at the Guam Hilton Resort & Spa, Manager of Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine in the Weinberg Medical Plaza and Wellness Center at Castle Medical Center.
