If my first born had been a male his [middle] name would have been ... Konstantin
No regrets but missed opportunities:
(1) Not getting back to my dissertation after my stint in the Army was over
(2) Leaving USMA after two years for civilian education
(3) My break up with the the former Kelly Hill of Pocomoke after being together all through college
What I miss most about growing up in Maryland?
The moonlit walks/runs on the beach in the summer
The relative lack of snow in the winter
Biggest thrills (so far):
Earning Officer's Commission through OCS
Airborne School
Rappelling/Climbing in Huachuca Mountains (AZ)
Being in delivery room for birth of both children
Best memories of the Army:
land navigation courses
war gaming at Leavenworth and Knox
late night rap sessions shining shoes and brass
weeks in the field at a time - life away from garrison
My daughter's favorite musical group?
Who knows ... I know it's not Hannah Montana or Hillary Duff anymore
My son's?
Anything gangsta rappish - go figure
