Edward's Story

Life: Married to Maribeth (Beth) since 1978. 2007 had our youngest (Annie) graduate from college and teaching. Plus she moved back home with a puppy! Annie is now gett a second degree in August of 2009. She will receive a BS-RN like her namesake, my sister Anne (NPRN Neonatology) who died in 1982. Our oldest daughter (Katie) has been out of school since '03 and was living in Milwaukee, WI for two years and now is back in Columbus, OH working as a graphic design artist for an advertising group there. That is where she went to Columbus College of Art & Design and received her BA in Graphic Design. Beth & I live in the Hudson area. I stay in touch with many of the old, SHS group as well as some St. Rita pals! I work with life-long friend, Dave True. Along with Dave, I do an annual snow ski trip somewhere out West (known as the "West Without Women" group) with he, Dale Pelsozy (SHS of '71)and a group of others... 2008 will be our 26 year (True and I started it). d, Chuck Greene, who is now in Albuquerque, NM after 25 years in Houston. I also see an assortment of others like my old buddy Jeff Eagle (alot), Sal Cribari, Phil Kish, Tim Corbett, Bill Crowley, Mark Carrabine to mention some. All along the way I have had the great pleasure of making new friends, several of these who are (and have been for the last many years, since 1982) a part of the West Without Women group. Or W to the third power. A bunch of drinkers with a snow skiing problem! Much, much fun and many, many trips out West. We even did one "East" to Innsbruck, Austria in 2007. It was our 25th anniversary. The skiing sucked (poor snow conditions) so we hit Venice, Budapest, Prague and Vienna. Quite a trip! All in all, some good, some bad but, hey, that's life!
