Edwena's Story
I now live back at our Ranch where Casey and I was raised when we was young with my husband and 12 year old son that will be 13 in March. Already a teenager. I can't believe it. On May 13 it made 6 years ago I had a stroke as some of you may know that have seen me. I have had to learn to walk talk and write all over again and have developed what they call conversion syndrome and pseudo seizures also from the stroke. Because of this I have good and bad days but we strive to keep stress levels down ...Expand for more
so that I have more good than bad. When bad days come I have problems walking and talking. But I have accepted what's happened to me and God has a plan for me. One good thing through it all though is I've never lost my singing voice. Even if I can't talk I can sing. So that's a good thing cause I sing a lot at church. I am really involved with that on Wednesday nights. Anyways because of my disability I'm just a stay at home mom and I do what God allows me to do and the family helps with the rest.
