More about Efren:"Growing up in hip-hop culture and having a rare artistic talent, itâs only natural that Efren G. Andaluz III, would pop on the scene, putting a new twist on urban fashion. âFine arts â real art work, doesnât appeal to hip-hop culture⦠[I am] trying to bring the fine arts to hip-hip through fashion.â

ool friends. At first, he thought this was an easy way for a teenager to make a quick buck, but when the money started coming in fast, he decided to brand it â thus On Da Loose, a spin-off on his surname.
On Da Loose is a young fashion line created with the goal of integrating fine art with mainstream culture. In the beginning, the brand featured elaborate depictions of cultural landscapes and representations, pop culture and portraits. These depictions combined an array of media including puff paint, foil and screen printing.
Since then Efren has teamed up with Kevin Rivera, talented designer and second in command, evolving his brand to more modest imagery focusing on the detail in the design and construction, and the message behind the artwork. Primarily using screen printing as its medium, the artwork now makes positive commentary on social issues in urban and pop culture. The brand continues to be a platform for artistic expression, with a healthy blend of traditional illustration and modern fashion.
On Da Loose is one part in the ODL family of clothing lines owned by Efren G. Andaluz III.".
