Eileen's Story
Hi Everyone,
Well since I graduated I attended College in West Virginia at Davis and Elkins. Graduated with my BS in Health and Physical Education. Began working at Centereach HS in the Remediation Dept in 87. Became the Head Varsity coach of the Girls Cross Country, Winter and Spring Track Teams from 1987 and gave it up in 1999. During this time I got married had three children and now I'm getting divorced. I still work for Middle Country school District but at Eugene Auer Elementary school which is the old Wing Street Elementary school in Lake Grove. I've been a Phys. Ed. teacher there since 97. I've been in the district for 22 years.
My oldest son 17 just graduated from Centereach this past June. I sent him off to Plattsburgh State in August. He was one of the better athletes at Centereach participating in Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Track and Golf. He graduated with an advanced regents diploma. He plays on the Soccer team at Plattsburgh.
My middle child is my daughter who is 12. She attends Dawnwood and is on the Field Hockey team. She is just beginning an...Expand for more
d Has a great personality. She loves to sing and plays the flute.
My youngest is 9. He is into the sports theme as well. He plays on a travel soccer team. He also participates on basketball, football, and baseball. He just started playing the saxaphone. He's a funny kid.
My life has been centered around my children for the last 17 years. I'm just beginning to get out again.
What I like: dancing singing playing some sports and attending sport events. I also like dinners and movies. Basically, I am into anything new.
I recieved my masters degree in 03 and continue to take classes mostly for increasing my salary.
I was unable to attend our reunions because I was pregnant with my first child and the 20 year I had just had back surgery. I hope to attend our 30th which is is two years. Imagine that!
Not really sure if anyone remembers me. I was pretty shy and quiet. I hung out with Linda Wismann and Lori Millwater. Mostly people from the Track team. I am still very close with Linda Wismann shes my bestest.
I hope i hear some life stories from all of you.
