Eileen's Story
1967-- moved to Fullerton, CA (north Orange County) with husband and baby son
1968-- began working in the medical field
1977- my dad died; divorce
1979- married current husband and 4 stepchildren
1987 - my son was killed
1990- my mom died and I retired from medical clinic administration, left So. California and moved to Oregon
1991-1995- co-owned and operated Fish Lake Resort in So. Oregon (RV spaces, camping, boat and cabin rentals, store, restaurant) hiking and fishing in the summer, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing in the winter.Lots of hard work, lots of fun.
1995- Sold resort to another crazy Californian and moved ...Expand for more
to La Pine in Central Oregon
1999- Started medical office management company. Consulting and teaching in Health Information Technology at Central Oregon Community College
2001- World War II memorial tour. We had just landed in Amsterdam on 9/11. What an experience!
2003 - moved to Meridian ID.
2005-2009- taught HIT classes online for Montana State
2011- husband diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and I continue to care for him 24/7 at home.
June 2015-- first of seven grandchildren to get married!
Jan 2018 - my husband passed away
2022 - active in local Christian church of which I have been a member since moving here in 2003
