Eileen's Story
Life
I left my Provine pals, and I spent my last two years at Murrah. But I've NEVER forgotten my treasured friends from Provine...so many years together in elementary and junior high. I lived in Dallas, TX for a while, and then I relocated to the Atlanta, GA area. After working for thirty years in labor relations, safety and human resources, I crashed, burned, and retired from the rat race. Jim, a Michigan transplant, and I have raised two wonderful boys, now 29 and 27 (yeah, I got a late start at motherhood). Overall, I have been richly blessed with everything I will ever want or need in this life. The Lord has been my strength and guide. ou. If you're out there, contact me, please. UPDATE 2003... Our oldest son, James, met his match and married her. James is Air Force, stationed at Langley in Virginia. Finally, we have a GIRL in our family. Crazy about my guys, but I'm always outnumbered here :) UPDATE 2011...I'm still toying with teaching at private school, but I cannot stop reading long enough to apply. Dear Lord, it would be really nice to have some grandchildren, like soon, before we're too old to enjoy them. UPDATE2012...Our youngest son finally took the plunge in July, marrying a local girl. Hopefully, a granddaughter is in the oven soon! 2014 UPDATE... Praise God we finally have our first Grandchild. Joseph Dean Rayburn was born February 5th. Jim and I are enjoying retirement and living (his dream ) on the 14th fairway in Hiram, GA. Life is slowing down now that we do not need to live by anyone else's clock. Total retirement is truly a newfound freedom.
