Eileen's Story
Life
I did all my growing up years in Milwaukee on 28th and Wisconsin Ave. Attended college at UW-Milwaukee, majoring in elementary Education. Later I got a Master's degree from UW-Whitewater. I married my college sweetheart. We moved to Ft. Atkinson when he graduated from Law School. His law practice is in Whitewater about 8 miles from Fort. I taught Kindergarten for 28 years in the Ft. Madison, his wife teaches at the UW Law School. They have two children, a daughter born in August of 2000 and a son born in August of 2002. My younger son is a doctor in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His wife just completed her doctorate in epidemiology. He is married and they have one son born in August of 2005.
Since retirement I am active in church, and community volunteer work. We particularly enjoy travelling and taking in theatre productions. I am called on often to spend time with my grandchildren - a favorite activity of mine.
