Eileen's Story

Its been a while & I've done a lot. Went to NCSU for Chemistry & did Environmental Chemistry for a bit. Went back to grad school to get a PhD in Nuclear Chemistry (particle accelerators are fun). While I was in TX there I got involved in Contra dance and worked at a public radio station and got very into more diverse music than just the top 40. I moved back to Charlotte and worked for a few year...Expand for more
s. I met my husband David there. While it took a while, he's the most amazingly sweet wonderful man and I'm really fortunate to have him in my life. I added disc golf and swing dancing to the list of fond hobbies on top of contra dancing, sewing, camping etc. Then this past spring David & I moved back to Durham and I've got a great job at Duke which I love because I can help people and be a geek.
