Elaine's Story
Life
After graduating from Wilbur Wright in 78, I went to Cosmetology School. Didn't like that and made a career switch to Banking. Married Bob Easton (1977 graduate) in 1981. We divorced in 1990 but have a wonderful son Alex who is now 26 and a Wright State graduate. I met Jeff in 1990 which is the best thing that could have happened to me! I was lucky to find someone that is very special and I cannot imagine life without him. We were married the next year, which gave me a great stepson, Kyle who graduated from Ball State with a major in Criminal Justice and is currently working as a Border Patrol Agent.
After Jeff and I married, we moved to Germany for 3 years, Texas for 3 and back to Ohio in 1997. Despite all the moves, I was able to finish my Bachelor's Degree and have a great job with the Gap in Columbus as a Senior Technical Manager in IT. I am working on com...Expand for more

We currently live outside Washington Court House , Ohio where we have a little over 11 acres. We have planted some Christmas trees and fruit trees over the last couple of years. Who knows, someday maybe we will actuallysell some of the Christmas trees!
Jeff has his own law practice in Court House and is doing pretty well. Alex is currently working with him, although that will probably only be until the spring of next year as he is getting deployed to Afghanistan next fall.:-(
In what's left of time during the day, I am a coordinator for a chapter of Project Linus, ProjectLinus.org. I cover 4 counties in Ohio, Fayette, Highland, Adams and Brown Counties. We make and distribute blankets to kids who are ill or tramatized in some way. It is one of the most rewarding organizations I have been with affiliated with.
