Elaine's Story
Me and my husband Luke moved to Ruidoso NM in 1999. We lived there for 6 years. I loved, loved, loved Ruidoso, but we got a chance to move to the Rockies in 2005, so we moved 5 miles north of Vail CO in a little town called Avon. It was beautiful and lot's of snow. Then 10 months later my 42 year old son passed away suddenly in Wisconcin. I brought him back to Iowa Park to be buried next to my Mom and Dad and after that I just wanted to ...Expand for more
come home so we moved back to beautiful Iowa Park July of last year and I love it. My brother (Wendell) and wife Betty still live there so it's good to be around family again.
I still have a daughter that lives in Wisconcin. She has a son 18 and a daughter 16. My son has a 5 year old daughter, so I don't get to see them very much.
I work for a CPA firm in WF. Luke retired from Wal-Mart in July and works part time for Academy Sports in WF.
