Elaine's Story
Life
I married Gene Smith and divorced in 1985. I remarried in 1986 and divorced again in 2007. I have lived and worked in California since 1980. I worked as a construction superintendent on Edwards Air Force Base for about 8 years. I was then diagnosed with a brain tumor, that I was fighting for 4 years. Since that time I am now retired on permanent disability. I have totally recovered and I am now 5 years tumor free. I have no damage from 4 brain surgeries,...Expand for more
radiation and chemotherapy. I've been blessed and am Happy to be Alive. I now have my own Construction Business that I will be running from my home on the Central Coast of California.
I visit Missouri on occasions as my entire family still resides there. I now have 3 granddaughters that I absolutely adore and spend a considerable amount of time with. I do volunteer work in a Senior Citizen Center 3 times weekly while I'm waiting to move to the Central Coast!
