Elaine's Story

New single mom who's learning to love life the way it should be!!! I have two girls,(23) and (15) a son,(9) a step son (30) who's married and has a little girl who's 7 and an adorable 2 year old..We have lived in The Colony since 1992. The kids and I moved back to Waco in December 2008. I work for Waco ISD as an instructional aide while The kids and I rebuild our lives. the kids are being awesome about everything!!! I'm getting used to being Back In Waco My Oldest is entering her last year of College At UNT, my 15 year old is throwing herself into so many school activities that I can't keep up, and my 9 year old is keeping us on our toes!!! Having the support of God my family and friends has been a tremendous help! School Can't say too much about school. My favorite year was my Freshman year in High School at Waltrip. year was my Sophmore year at West. UMM..that's about it..... College HMM, Good ol' MCC. Yeah, I really went far with my college career. Wish I'd picked a different Major. Fashion Merchandising just doesn't offer a lot of options out there. OH well, It's not like I use it anymore, since I'm a professional Mom. I tell my kids I went to college so I could coordinate their clothes and tell them how to dress. That really goes over well with a 23 year old who now tells ME how to dress!!! My 15 year old isn't too thrilled either. Come to think of it now my 9 year old thinks he's a fashionista...He's pickier than his sisters!!! ..guess I taught em well! But now, it's time to move on, so I'm back at MCC again! Workplace I work with An awesome Teacherl! But my most important job is being a MOM to my fabulous kids!!!! I love them!!!!!!!!!
