Elaine's Story

I have been a Foster parent for the last 19 years. I have adopted 3 children, 2 of them Foster children. My son has joined the Nat'l Guard while attending Kutztown, My daughter has given me a granddaughter, and plans to join the Guards also. My youngest is still in school going to 2nd gra...Expand for more
de at PGA. I have gotten Guardianship of one Foster child who is 17 and she also is planning on joining the service going into regular Army. I have never married and this was my way of having children. I am very very proud of my children and feel I have accomplished something with my life.
